Residential & Commercial Construction Services – Puerto Rico

By accessing this website or requesting services from Junior Contratista Handyman Inc., you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all residential and commercial services provided by our company.

Junior Contratista Handyman Inc. provides construction and related services, including but not limited to:

• Residential      and commercial construction
• Remodeling      and renovations
• Tile      and ceramic installation
• Painting      services
• Roof      sealing and leak repair
• Gypsum      board installation
• Property      restoration and improvements

All services are subject to a separate written contract, which will define the full scope of work.

All estimates provided are preliminary and based on available information at the time.

Final pricing may vary depending on:

• Site      conditions
• Material      costs
• Scope      changes

A detailed and binding price will be included in the signed contract.

Deposits are determined per project and specified in the contract.

Payments are structured based on project phases or milestones, which vary depending on the type and size of the job.

Failure to make payments as agreed may result in:

• Work      delays
• Suspension      of services
• Additional      fees

All work is performed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in Puerto Rico.

Permits are obtained as required and agreed upon in the contract.

Our company complies with requirements established by:

• Oficina de Gerencia de Permisos      (OGPe)
• Departamento de Asuntos del      Consumidor (DACO)

Project timelines may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including:

• Weather      conditions
• Permit      approvals or inspections
• Material      availability
• Unforeseen      structural or site conditions

Junior Contratista Handyman Inc. is not liable for delays caused by these factors.

Clients agree to:

• Provide      access to the property as required
• Ensure      availability of utilities (water, electricity, etc.)
• Obtain      any required approvals not included in the contract
• Communicate      any concerns in a timely manner

Any modification to the agreed scope must be documented and approved.

Changes may result in:

• Additional      costs
• Adjustments      to project timelines

We are committed to delivering quality workmanship.

Any warranties will be clearly defined in the written contract, including:

• Coverage

Junior Contratista Handyman Inc. shall not be held liable for:

• Indirect      or consequential damages
• Delays      beyond our control
• Pre-existing      conditions or hidden structural issues

Any disputes arising from services shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation.

If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of Puerto Rico.
